Need help! Bad flare up of ezema?

Ok, so i was born with ezema, i have learn to live with it as an adult. Though now I am starting to get little wAter blister that form and then pop clear fluid which end up becoming open sores. The dry and scab over and cause brown marks. Any one have a clue as too whAt this maybe? They also itch, no chicken pods already had them, no contact with poisoned plants etc, also not like my normal out breAk o ezema. The outbreak is on the bottom of my feet, chest, arms and back.
