Is my mom being unfair?

I am 18 and just finished my freshman year of college. I have been suicidal and clinically depressed since June 2010, and have had 4 suicide attempts, the most recent being the last week of March 2011 where i was hospitalized for a week. I got into some trouble at my college and got suspended until january, and now i have to go to a technical college in my city until the suspension is up. Anyway, I am on zoloft, gabapentin, and trazodone, and my mom keeps my medicine, car keys, and shaving razors in the trunk of her car because she thinks i will try to harm myself. My last suicide attempt was 3 months ago, so i don't feel like she needs to be hiding the things i need most. She will give me my medicine in the morning, then take the rest with her when she leaves for work. IDK, what do you think? Is she being unfair or no?
