My first outbreak! n my period! helpp!! =(?

Hey guys, i started my very first outbreak 6 days ago and it really hurts!! when i move when i try to get comfortable,and omg it burns like hell when i pee -_- so pretty much i can only stay in bed. well i started taking ACYCLOVIR like 3days ago and that day i also started my period,,my doctor told me i was going t feel relief but i feel worse! i feel like the heat from my pad is irritating it even more! could it be that my period is interfering with my medicine? =/ and is the second outbreak gonna be the same as this one? worse?! or better?..and when u girls got ur firrst outbreakk what were ur symptoms?
