What Is Worng With Me?

Hi i have red blitsters on my legs now on my face. The start very small and then get bigger and seem to be sperding more and more. Im not sure what it is they ich and a clear liquid comes out. they bleed he clear liqid for hours and i went to the quickcare and they didnt know what it was. i thought it might be a bug bit or ivy so i put bleach on them to try to kill anything there. The blisters did not get better. I have put creams on them but the outbreak is getting worse. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS IS?????
