What does it mean to be on Prozac and Abilify?

I was sent to a behavioral center after trying to commit suicide and they put me on Prozac and Abilify. What do these medications mean?? What are the main reasons for being on them? I was on zoloft when I was 11 for 2 months but other than that I haven't been on anything.
